Each bid shall be on a stipulated sum basis for the following contracts: Contract No. 04 - Site Work Contractor (SWC) Contract No. 05 - Electrical Contractor (EC) Bids shall not include New York State sales and compensating use taxes on materials and supplies incorporated into the Work, the Owner being exempt there from. Bids received after this time will not be accepted and returned to Bidder unopened. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud after specified receipt time.
