Taylor or her designee, will, at the front entrance of the San Juan County Courthouse, at 851 Andrea Dr., Farmington, NM 87401, sell all of the rights, title and interest of the above-named Defendant, in and to the hereinafter described real estate to the highest bidder for cash. The property to be sold is located at 3607 San Medina Avenue, Farmington, New Mexico 87401 (if there is a conflict between the legal description and the street address, the legal description shall control), and is more particularly described as follows:Lot 6, in Block 9, of the NORTHRIDGE SUBDIVISION NUMBER TWO, in the City of Farmington, San Juan County, New Mexico, as shown on the Plat of said Subdivision filed for record December 28, 1978,including any improvements, fixtures, and attachments, such as, but not limited to, mobile homes.
