Installer will be responsible for necessary electrical wiring and connections. Minimum Specifications & Scope of Work: 1. Pour Concrete Pad2. Run necessary electrical wiring and disconnects3. Set unit on pad and run supply and return duct.4. Supply air duct must be attached to existing evaporative cooler duct work. 5. The duct to evaporative cooler must be capped.6. Install appropriate thermostat.7. 410a Package Heat Pump w/ 20 KW heat Strips8. 84000 BTU cooling or better 9. 208/230 three phase electrical10. Return air can be drawn from ceiling space using appropriate number of filter grilles.11. All debris must be removed after completion of work12. Site Tour required before submitting proposal.13. Total price must include installation, materials, labor, and New Mexico Gross Receipt Taxes.14.
