Front Range Classifieds, CITY AND COUNTY OF BROOMFIELD SECOND PUBLICATION IN FULL ORDINANCE NO. 2009 As amended June 9, 2015 AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN LAND LOCATED AT 2930 AND 3050 INDUSTRIAL LANE WITHIN THE CITY AND COUNTY OF BROOMFIELD FROM PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AND INTERCHANGE INFLUENCE AREA TO THE I-2 GENERAL INDUSTRIAL ZONING DISTRICT BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF BROOMFIELD, COLORADO: Section 1. The following described real property is hereby rezoned from Planned Unit Development (with no plan) and Interchange Influence Area (an Overlay District) to I-2 General Industrial Zoning District with the condition the owner shall comply with screening requirements for outdoor storage: 2930 and 3050 Industrial Lane, City and County of Broomfield, State of Colorado, containing 2.5 acres more or less. Section 2. The following condition of the Planning and Zoning Commission shall apply to the property: 2.1 The fencing requirement per the Broomfield Municipal Code (section 17-32-140, regarding screening of out door storage) shall not be enforced for a period of nine months after City Council approval. This condition is further contingent upon the Colorado Department of Transpo rtation (CDOT) completing its work in the area. If CDOT has not completed work within the nine month period, staff shall have the authority to administra- tively extend the enforcement period without coming before the City Council. Section 3. The city and county clerk shall amend the zoning district map pursuant to §17-06-020 of the Broomfield Municipal Code. Section 4. This ordinance shall be effective seven days after public notice following final passage. INTRODUCED AND APPROVED after first reading on May 12, 2015, and ordered published in full.
