Hearst Media Services, Notice of Environmental Remediation In accordance with the requirements of Connecticut General Statutes Section 22a-133x(i), Augustana Homes, Inc. hereby provides notice of its intent to perform environmental remediation at the Augustana Homes, also known as Bishop Curtis Homes at 28 Simeon Drive, Bethel, Connecticut. Environmental remediation will be completed to demonstrate compliance with Connecticut's Remediation Standards Regulations (R.C.S.A. sections 22a-133k-1 through 22a-133k-3, inclusive) and will be completed under the supervision of a CT Licensed Environmental Professional. Remediation will consist of excavation and offsite disposal of soils containing arsenic and pesticides and backfilling with clean fill and topsoil.
