Letters of Office were issued on July 9, 2015 to Debra Ann Cuvelier as Independent Administrator whose address is 1955 Hidden Shores, Dixon, Illinois, 61021 and whose attorney is Linda A. The estate will be administered without court supervision unless under Chapter 755 ILCS 5/28-4 of the probate act, any interested person terminates independent administration at any time by mailing or delivering a petition to terminate to the Circuit Clerk of the Lee County Court. Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk, or with the representative, or both within six months from the date of the first publication, no later than January 13, 2016 and any claim not filed within that period is barred.
