Hearst Media Services, PUBLIC NOTICE The Stamford Police Department will conduct Sobriety Checkpoints on Bedford Street near Urban Street and High Ridge Road (Rt. 137) at Square Acre Drive beginning on July 11, 2015 at 11PM and continuing until no later than 3AM on July 12, 2015. Motorists will be stopped temporarily and asked a series of questions to determine if additional sobriety testing is required. Disruption to the motorist public will be minimal.
