Hanover Evening Sun, PENN TOWNSHIP FIRE SOLICITATION HAS BEEN MAILED June 30, 2015 - Penn Township released their Fire Solicitation to all residents and business. This is our first "FIRE" solicitation in a few years. First off realizing our mailing listed was outdated 7-10 years we purchased a new list which included all of 17331 zip code area. Many painstaking hours were spent coding each address with a code for each municipality it is associated with so only Penn Township would receive mailings. We have been notified by surrounding communities that they indeed received our solicitation. For this we sincerely apologize not only to the public but to our fellow fire members which we wish no disrespect. Those residence not in Penn Township please disregard this mailing and continue to support your local fire department. If Penn Township receives any donations that can be identified as non-township residents, we will return them immediately.
