The meeting and consideration of the Ordinance was recessed to a special meeting to be held at 1:30 p.m. on July 30, 2015, at 700 North Main Street Las Cruces, New Mexico. The Ordinance relates to the authorization and issuance of the City's Taxable Subordinate Lien State Shared Gross Receipts Tax Improvement Revenue Bonds, Series 2015A. Complete copies of the Ordinance are available for public inspection during the normal and regular business hours of the City Clerk, Las Cruces City Hall, 700 North Main Street Las Cruces, New Mexico.The title of the Ordinance is:AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF UP TO $10,000,000 CITY OF LAS CRUCES, NEW MEXICO TAXABLE SUBORDINATE LIEN STATE SHARED GROSS RECEIPTS TAX IMPROVEMENT REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 2015A FOR CONSTRUCTION, ACQUISITION AND IMPROVEMENT OF ROADWAYS, PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE AND DRAINAGE PROJECTS.A general summary of the Ordinance is:The Ordinance authorizes the issuance and sale of the City of Las Cruces, New Mexico Taxable Subordinate Lien State Shared Gross Receipts Tax Improvement Revenue Bonds, Series 2015A, in an aggregate principal amount up to $10,000,000 for the purpose of constructing, acquiring, and improving roadways, public infrastructure and drainage projects; provides that the Bonds will be payable and collectible from the revenues derived from the 1.225% pledged state shared gross receipts tax distributed to the City; establishes the maturity dates, interest rates, redemption provisions and other details of the Bonds; approves execution of certain documents relating to the Bonds; ratifies action previously taken in connection with the Bonds; and repeals all action in conflict with the Ordinance.This notice constitutes compliance with § 3-17-3 NMSA 1978.Pub#55590Run Date: July 13,2015
