The Times Herald Vallejo, NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF VALLEJO SANITATION AND FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT ORDINANCE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Vallejo Sanitation and Flood Control District's Board of Trustees, Vallejo, California has passed and adopted the following Ordinance: 1) 2015-64B - AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF STORM DRAINAGE FEES FOR SERVICES AND FACILITIES FURNISHED BY DISTRICT'S STORM DRAINAGE SYSTEM, COLLECTION PROCEDURES FOR SUCH CHARGES, PENALTIES FOR DELINQUENCY IN PAYMENT OF SUCH CHARGES, AND RESTRICTION ON USE OF FUNDS DERIVED. The Ordinance was adopted on June 9, 2015 by the following vote: AYES: President Davis; Trustees Dew-Costa, Hannigan, Malgapo, McConnell, Miessner, Sampayan, and Verder-Aliga.
