The Oneida Daily Dispatch, LEGAL NOTICE Town of Sullivan Legal Notice A public hearing will be held by the Town of Sullivan Planning Board pursuant to Section 276 of the Town Law on the application of Arthur Bettinger for approval of subdivision of land located on Kinderhook Road, Chittenango, SBL# being 41.-1-13.1. The applicant proposes to subdivide one lot of 1.148 acres. Said hearing will be held on August 4, 2015 at 7:15 pm at the Town of Sullivan Office Building, 7507 Lakeport Road, Chittenango, NY, at which time all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. A copy of said subdivision has been filed with the Town Clerk and is available for public inspection prior to the public hearing.
