The Mercury, BOROUGH OF TRAPPE CLAHOR AVENUE STORM SEWER REPLACEMENT PROJECT JULY 2015 00 11 13 - ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS The Borough of Trappe will receive sealed bids online for the Clahor Avenue Storm Sewer Replacement Project. Sealed bids may be submitted and updated online via the PennBid™ Program until Monday, August 17, 2015 at 10:00 AM. The bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud on Monday, August 17, 2015 at 2:00 PM at the Borough of Trappe, 525 West Main Street, Trappe, PA 19426. All Bid Documents and solicitation details will be available on Friday, July 17, 2015 at no cost at PennBid™ - www.pennbid.net. A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at the Borough of Trappe, 525 West Main Street, Trappe, PA 19426. The project is to be bid pursuant to PaDOT Specifications and using prevailing wage. A certified check or bid bond for the amount of 10% of the total bid shall be required. Bonds are to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The Borough of Trappe reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any cause whatsoever, to eliminate any item or items from the contract, and to wave any informality in the bids.
