The Record, BIDS DUE: The American Labor Studies Center will receive sealed Bids for the Stairwell and 3rd Floor Apartment Restoration- Phase II to be performed at Kate Mullany National Historic Site, 350 8th Street, Troy, NY 12180. Bids will be received until 2:00 P.M. on August 20th, 2015 at the Kate Mullany House, 350 8th Street, Troy, NY 12180, at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject all Bids. Contract Documents may be obtained after July 20th, 2015 from John G. Waite Associates, Architects, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Documents will also be made available online at <>. A non-refundable fee of $25, shall be required of all Bidders to obtain the Contract Documents. All checks to be made payable to John G. Waite Associates, Architects. Contract Documents may be examined in the office of John G. Waite Associates, Architects at 384 Broadway, 3rd Floor, Albany, NY 12207. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 45 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Funding for this project comes in part through an EPF grant administered by the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP). Under Article 15A, Executive Law, the State of New York is committed to providing Minority and Women Owned Business (MWBE) equal opportunity to participate in government contracts. The following goals have been set for this project: 10% of the contract value for MBE’s and 10% of the contract value for WBE’s.
