The Oneida Daily Dispatch, LEGAL NOTICE Invitation to Bid Notice is hereby given that the Village of Wampsville will receive bids until 6:15 pm on Tuesday, September 1, 2015 for the plowing of the Village Sidewalks located within the Village of Wampsville for the 2015 – 2016 snow season. Bids submitted are for the full season at a flat rate. SCOPE OF WORK: Removal of snow when there is approximately two (2) inches of snow or more. Sidewalks must be clear before 7:00 am daily. Every reasonable effort must be made to eliminate slippery conditions with the use of sand or salt on sidewalks. Successful bidder shall provide all equipment and material. Proof of insurance on any vehicles used for snow removal is required. Bids are to be submitted in a sealed envelope labeled 2015 – 2016 Sidewalk Bid. Said bids will be opened at 6:45 pm at the regular Village Board meeting to be held on Tuesday, September 1, 2015.
