Sec. 49-55a (c) notice is given of the intent to sell the following described vessel at public auction on July 30, 2015 at 10:00 am at Brewer Bruce & Johnson’s Marina (Bruce & Johnson’s of Branford Marina Inc.), 145 South Montowese Street, Branford, CT 06405 Boat Name: ETESIAN; Last Reg.#: NY8405UT; Description: 1999 39.6-foot Cabo Flybridge Sportfisher Powerboat; Claim Amount: $7,273.82 plus legal interest; Basis of Claim: Unpaid charges for storage, related marine service & late fees from December 2014 to present; Last Known Owner(s): Richard Gunthel & Sharon L. Gunthel, 5 Baxter Road, North Salem, NY 10560. Terms of Sale will be cash or certified check and the removal of the vessel by August 13, 2015. A $250 cash deposit will be due from the successful bidder immediately after the auction along with payment in full within 24 hrs of the auction. Any boat remaining on the property after the allotted 14 days will incur a storage fee of $100 per day.
