The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania did seize $164,780.00 U.S. Currency and One (1) 2010 Chevrolet Equinox from Ariel Alberto Perez and Cassaundra Gloria Williams on or about September 8, 2014, at I-76 Eastbound at Mile Marker 319.1, Charlestown Township, Chester County, PA. Any claimants to the above are hereby directed to file a claim with the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas, under Docket Nos. MD-1412-2015 and send a copy of said claim to the Office of Attorney General, 7801 Essington Avenue, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19153, Attention: Nancy S. Hartsough, Senior Deputy Attorney General. If no claim is filed on or before thirty (30) days from the date of the second publication of this notice, the above mentioned item shall be summarily forfeited to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Office of Attorney General.
