The Reporter, NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of Montgomery Township will hold a meeting as required by the Township’s Zoning Ordinance at the Montgomery Township Administration Building, 1001 Stump Road, Montgomeryville, PA 18936-9605 on TUESDAY, AUGUST 4, 2015 at 7:30 P.M. During this meeting the following applications will be heard: Application No. 15070001 will be considered, being the application of JAMES AND CRYSTAL MURWIN seeking the following relief: Variance from Montgomery Township Zoning Code sections 230-28.B, 230-146 and 230-139E.(a) for an addition projecting into the front yard of the property. As such relief relates to the property known as 1936 COUNTY LINE ROAD, NORTH WALES, PA 19454. The property is zoned R-1 Residential. Application No. 15070002 will be considered, being the application of RICHARD ALLMAN (JOSEPH AMBLER INN REAL ESTATE PARTNERSHIP) seeking the following relief: Variance from Montgomery Township Zoning Code section 230-126 for signage, including internal directional signage and signage along Horsham Road. As such relief relates to the property known as 1005 HORSHAM ROAD, NORTH WALES, PA 19454. The property is zoned R-2 Residential.
