Carlsbad Current Argus, July 22, 2015 LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on the 21st day of July, 2015, the Board of Education of the Loving Municipal School District No. 10, County of Eddy, State of New Mexico, adopted a resolution authorizing and directing the issuance of $1,000,000 general obligation school bonds of said District. The resolution awards the sale of said bonds to the best bidder therefore; provides for the form of said bonds; fixes the maturities of, and interest rates on said bonds; provides for the levy of taxes to pay the principal of, and interest on, said bonds; makes certain covenants to the purchasers of said bonds; and provides other details concerning said bonds. Complete copies of said resolution are available for public inspection during normal and regular business hours at the Loving Municipal School District No. 10, School Administration Building, Loving, New Mexico.
