Front Range Classifieds, NOTICE OF FINAL SETTLEMENT SUGAR LOAF FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT Pursuant to Section 38-26-107, C.R.S., NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that final settlement will be made by the Sugar Loaf Fire Protection District (District) on the account for the contract between the Contractor and the District for the following project: Project: Addition to Station 1 at 1677 Lost Angel Rd., Boulder, CO Contractor: MW Golden Constructors, 1700 N Park St., Grand Canyon Suite, Castle Rock, CO 80109 THE DATE OF FINAL SETTLEMENT TO said general contractor is Aug. 14, 2015. Any person, co-partnership, association of person's company, corporation, or entity having any unpaid claim against the Contractor for or on account of the furnishing of labor, materials, team hire, sustenance, provisions, or other supplies used or consumed by such Contractor or any of his subcontractors in or about the performance of such work, may file with the Board of Directors (Attention Marilyn Hartig, President), 1360 Sugarloaf Rd., Boulder, Colorado 80302, at any time up to and including the time of such final settlement on said date, a written and verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account of such claim. All claims must be received by the District no later than close of business on Aug. 14, 2015. Failure on the part of a claimant to file such statement prior to final settlement will relieve the District from any and all liability of such claim as provided by law.
