Any person, partnership, association or corporation which has unpaid claims against the said contracting firm for or on account of the furnishing of labor, materials, team hire, provender or other supplies or services used or consumed by said firm or his subcontractors may at any time up to and including said date and time of final settlement file a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid with the City of Longmont at the Office of the Purchasing and Contracts Manager, 350 Kimbark Street, Longmont, Colorado.
