SUB15-01226 NEIGHBORHOOD: North Rose Hill PROPOSAL: Merit Homes Inc., the applicant, is requesting a Process I Short Plat permit to divide one 14,192 SF parcel into two separate parcels of 7,096 SF and 7,096 SF in the RSX 7.2 Use Zone. The Short Plat proposes to locate access for the rear lot along the western property line. The access location is being considered for relocation along the east side of the property.
