Front Range Classifieds, NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO ANNEX AND ZONE BRUNEMEIER ANNEXATION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission will hold a public meeting commencing on Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at 6:30 pm and that the Board of Trustees will then hold a public hearing commencing on Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at 7:00 pm at the Frederick Town Hall, 401 Locust Street, Frederick, Colorado 80530 to consider a proposal to annex and zone 127.353 acres of Rights-of-way and land located as follows: Brunemeier Annexation: 1/2 mile North of Highway 52 and West of Weld CR 17. The Planning Commission and Board of Trustees will consider whether the proposed request meets the requirements of the Frederick Land Use Code and whether the request should be granted approval for the property. Any person may appear at the public hearings and be heard regarding the matters under consideration.
