NWsource, CITY OF NEWCASTLE NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Newcastle City Council adopted Ordinance 2015-520 at a regular meeting held Tuesday, July 21, 2015, the main points of which are summarized by its title: ORDINANCE 2015-520 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWCASTLE, WASHINGTON, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2004-294 TO EXTEND THE FRANCHISE TERM WITH PUGET SOUND ENERGY, INC., TO SEPTEMBER 30, 2015; AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force five days after the date of publication.
