I. ZONING 1. Consideration of the request of Mona Hammoud, to rezone 14201 Prospect Street, (Parcel #82-10-184-20-008), from Industrial B (Medium Industrial District) to Business C (General Business District) zoning classification. The property requested to be rezoned is located at the southwest corner of Schaefer and Prospect. II. SPECIAL LAND USE AND SITE PLAN REVIEW 1. Consideration of the request of Jamal Rubaii, president of Eastern Construction Company, to review and approve the special land use and site plan for a new day care facility at 13510 W. Warren Avenue currently zoned Business B (Community Business District) zoning classification. The property is located north of W. Warren Avenue, between Schaefer and Calhoun. 2. Consideration of the request of Ayman Taleb, to review and approve the special land use and site plan for Midnight Hookah Lounge, an existing smoking lounge at 4624 Greenfield currently zoned Business B (Community Business District) zoning classification. The property is located east of Greenfield Road, between Jerome and Michigan Avenue. 3. Consideration of the request of Rashad Bazzy, to review and approve the special land use and site plan for Lava Java Hookah Lounge, an existing smoking lounge at 4656 Greenfield Road currently zoned Business B (Community Business District) zoning classification. The property is located east of Greenfield Road, between Jerome and Michigan Avenue. 4. Consideration of the request of Dr. Hussein Abdul-Hak, to review and approve the special land use and site plan for Adonis Restaurant and Hookah Lounge, an existing smoking lounge at 4853 Schaefer Road currently zoned Business C (General Business District) zoning classification. The property is located west of Schaefer Road, between Colson and Michigan Avenue. 5. Consideration of the request of Robert Rahal, to review and approve the special land use and site plan to develop four detached single-family homes at 22000 Morley, the east 205 ft. of Lot 121 Detroit Arsenal Grounds, currently zoned Residential C (Multiple Family Residential District) zoning classification. The property is located at the northwest corner of Morley and Monroe. III. ZONING ORDINANCE LANGUAGE AMENDMENT 1. Reconsideration of the matter of amending the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Dearborn, by amending Article 2.00, “General Provisions,” Section 2.14, entitled “Trash Removal and Collection.” 2. Consideration of the matter of amending the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Dearborn to require Special Land Use approval for Alternative Financial Services establishments, by amending Article 1.00, “Short Title, Rules of Construction and Definitions,” Section 1.03, entitled “Definitions;” Article 7.00, “Site Development Standards Applicable to Specific Uses,” Section 7.02, entitled “Site Development Standards for Nonresidential Uses;” Article 13.00, “O-S, Business Office District,” Section 13.02, entitled “Permitted uses and structures;” Article 14.00, “B-A, Local Business District,” Section 14.02 entitled “Permitted uses and structures;” Article 15.00, “B-B, Community Business District,” Section 15.02 entitled “Permitted uses and structures;” and Article 16.00, “B-C, General Business District,” Section 16.02 entitled “Permitted uses and structures.” 3.
