Delco Times, BOROUGH OF PROSPECT PARK NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT ORDINANCE Notice is hereby given by the Borough Council of the Borough of Prospect Park, Delaware County, Pennsylvania of its intention to consider the adoption of an ordinance, as summarized below, at its regular meeting to be held on August 11, 2015 beginning at 7:30 p.m. at the municipal building located at 720 Maryland Avenue, Prospect Park, PA 19076: FLOODPLAIN MANAGEMENT ORDINANCES REQUIRING ALL PERSONS, PARTNERSHIPS, BUSINESSES, AND CORPORATIONS TO OBTAIN A PERMIT FOR ANY CONSTRUCTION OR DEVELOPMENT; PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF SUCH PERMITS; SETTING FORTH CERTAIN MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT WITHIN AREAS OF THE [NAME OF MUNICIPALITY] WHICH ARE SUBJECT TO FLOODING; AND ESTABLISHING PENALTIES FOR ANY PERSONS WHO FAIL, OR REFUSE TO COMPLY WITH, THE REQUIREMENTS OR PROVISIONS OF THIS ORDINANCE.
