The Morning Sun, NOTICE TO VILLAGE OF SHEPHERD RESIDENTS The Village of Shepherd Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 19, 2015 at 7:00 pm at the Shepherd Village Office, 251 W Wright Avenue, to receive public comment regarding a variance request from the property owner at 207 N Third Street for the placement of a fence that does not meet the 30 foot front yard setback but will be in line of the existing structure. The Village of Shepherd ZBA will receive written public comment regarding the variance request, which must be submitted prior to the meeting date to the Village Office, ZBA, PO Box 523, Shepherd, MI 48883.
