Delco Times, NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough of Media Council, Delaware County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, will consider the adoption of the following Ordinance on Thursday, August 20, 2015 at 8:00 p.m. at the Borough of Media Building, 301 North Jackson Street, Media, Pennsylvania: AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING ALL PERSONS, PARTNERSHIPS, BUSINESSES, AND CORPORATIONS TO OBTAIN A PERMIT FOR ANY CONSTRUCTION OR DEVELOPMENT; PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF SUCH PERMITS; SETTING FORTH CERTAIN MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT WITHIN AREAS OF THE BOROUGH OF MEDIA WHICH ARE SUBJECT TO FLOODING; AND ESTABLISHING PENALTIES FOR ANY PERSONS WHO FAIL, OR REFUSE TO COMPLY WITH, THE REQUIREMENTS OR PROVISIONS OF THIS ORDINANCE Please take notice that a full text of the Ordinance is available for inspection without charge at the Borough of Media Office, 301 North Jackson Street, 2nd Floor, Media, Delaware County, Pennsylvania and this newspaper during normal business hours.
