Denver Post, Date of Notice: June 15, 2015 NOTICE OF REVISION IN THE GAS COST ADJUSTMENT TARIFF ON LESS THAN THIRTY-DAYS' NOTICE OF PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY OF COLORADO 1800 LARIMER STREET, DENVER, COLORADO 80202-5533 You are hereby notified that Public Service Company of Colorado has filed with the Public Utilities Commission of the State of Colorado, in compliance with the Public Utilities Law, an application for permission to revise its Gas Cost Adjustment tariff. The adjustment will become effective July 1, 2015, if said application is granted by the Public Utilities Commission. The purpose of the revision in the Gas Cost Adjustment tariff is to reflect a decrease in the forecasted costs of natural gas for the months of July, August, and September 2015 and to adjust the deferred gas cost. The proposed revision to the Gas Cost Adjustment results in an estimated decrease of $643,174 in Public Service Company's revenue for the months of July, August, and September, 2015, when compared to the amount of revenue produced using current rates. A summary of the proposed revision to the Gas Cost Adjustment rates, by type of service, is provided below, and is applicable to all areas served by Public Service Company of Colorado throughout the State of Colorado. Anyone who desires may file written comment or objection to this filing. If you wish only to object to the proposed action, you may file a written objection with the Commission. The filing of a written objection by itself will not allow you to participate as a party in any proceeding on the proposed action. Anyone who desires to file written comment or objection to the proposed action shall file it with the Colorado Public Utilities Commission, 1560 Broadway, Suite 250, Denver, Colorado, 80202 or email the document to: puc@dora.state.co.us at least one day before the proposed effective date. If you wish to participate as a party in this matter, you must file written intervention documents under applicable Commission rules. Members of the public may attend any hearing and may make a statement under oath about the proposed revisions, whether or not he/she has filed a written objection or request to intervene.
