The Times Herald, NOTICE OF FILING ARTICLES OF AMENDMENT Notice is hereby given that on July 30, 2015, Local 380 IBEW Credit Union, with its principal place of business located at 3900 Ridge Pike, Collegeville, Montgomery County, filed Articles of Amendment with the Pennsylvania Department of Banking pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 9 of the Credit Union Code. The purpose of the amendment is to amend the following Articles to read: Article 1: The name of the credit union is Affiliated Trades Credit Union Article 8: The membership of the credit union will be limited to active and retired members of the former IBEW Local 380, based in Collegeville, Pennsylvania and now known as IBEW Local 98 North; IBEW members who work in the Local 98 North jurisdiction; employees of the credit union; the immediate family of the above listed groups as defined by law; and other occupational or associational groups as permitted by law and with the prior written approval of the Department of Banking and Securities. All interested persons may file comments regarding this amendment, in writing, with the Pennsylvania Department of Banking, Corporate Applications Division, 17 North Second Street, Suite 1300, Harrisburg, PA 17101-2290. In order to be considered, comments regarding this amendment must be received by the Department of Banking no later than thirty (30) days after the date the notice of the filing of this amendment is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin. Publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin may or may not appear contemporaneously with this notice.
