However the building only measures approximately 43 ft. 8 in. from the street line. The sign application for the above mentioned property has been denied due to the following conditions; 1. Section 181-8(1)(a); From one foot to 50 feet from the street line that shall be considered to be the front line of the subject parcel, will be granted a permit for one sign to be attached to the building.
