Hearst Media Services, REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The WorkPlace is soliciting proposals to serve Workforce Investment and Opportunities Act (WIOA) eligible youth ages 14-24 with work readiness skills and occupational skills training in the southwestern Connecticut area. A bidder's conference via telephone will be held Tuesday August 11th, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. The deadline for the proposal is August 26, 2015 by 4:00 p.m. EST.
