Hearst Media Services, LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT New Unit Modular Construction The Housing Authority of the Town of Greenwich (HATG) is looking for firms to submit to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Modular Town House Manufacturing and/or Installation of three (3) three (3) unit, and one (1) two (2) unit, multifamily town homes in Greenwich, Connecticut. The HATG, wishes to receive RFQ's for the selection one or multiple qualified firms to provide for the purchase of complete; manufactured, delivered, and installed, modular buildings. This will include all aspects of a complete job. We are accepting RFQ's from contractors, manufacturers, and companies who can provide a complete project (turnkey). The RFQ's are due at the HATG, 249 Milbank Ave. Greenwich, CT 06830 on September 7, 2015 at 4:30 p.m. A site review will take place August 19, 2015 @ 10:00 AM on Reed Lane, Riverside, CT 06878. Contract Documents, Plans, and Specifications will be available at HATG, 249 Milbank Ave, Greenwich, CT 06830 starting August 12, 2015 from 8:30 to 4:30 for a $75 non-refundable fee: check or money order. 5% Bid Bond is required. 100% Performance Bonds will be required.
