York Newspaper, SEALED BIDS WANTED Sealed bids for the removal of residential structures and restoration of properties will be received by the Dover Township Board of Supervisors, York County, Pennsylvania at the Dover Township Municipal Office, 2480 West Canal Road, Dover, PA 17315 until 10:00 am, Monday, August 24, 2015. The bids will be publicly open and read at 10:00 am (prevailing time), same date. Copies of the bidding documents are on file, open to public inspection and may be obtained for a fee from C.S. Davidson, Inc., Consulting Engineers, 38 North Duke Street, York, Pennsylvania, 17401 (Phone: (717) 846-4805), during business hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday). A non-refundable check for $40/paper or $15/CD made payable to Dover Township shall be submitted as payment for each set of bidding documents requested. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Dover Township in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the maximum bid must be deposited by each bidder with his bid.
