Hearst Media Services, SHELTON PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TUESDAY, JUNE 30, 2015 AT 7:00 P.M. The Shelton Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Shelton, Connecticut hereby gives notice of a public hearing to be held on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at 7:00 P.M. in the Shelton City Hall, 54 Hill Street to consider the following: Application #15-08, Petition of Dominick Thomas on behalf of 714, LLC for approval of Modification of Statement of Uses and Standards for Planned Development District #70 (former Crabtree Dealership) on property located at 405-407 Bridgeport Avenue, a portion of 409 Bridgeport Avenue, 12 Nells Rock Road and 20, 28, and 36 Buddington Road and identified as Assessor's Map 77, Lots 26, 27, 28, 29 and 30 and Map 63, Lots 10 and 20. The purpose of the modification is to add a new use line to Paragraph Three, Permitted Uses by amending Subparagraph 5b by adding retail gasoline sales with four restrictions to accommodate a gasoline facility within the proposed Shopping Center and by deleting existing Subparagraph 5h for Theatrical Uses by a non-profit theatrical entity. Said Petition is on file in the City/Town Clerk's Office and in the Planning and Zoning Office.
