NOTICE is hereby given that on the 28th day of August, 2015, at Lafayette, Colorado, final settlement will be made by the City of Lafayette 1290 S. Public Road, Lafayette, Colorado, 80026, with Stanek Constructors, Inc., 651 Corporate Circle, Suite 108, Golden CO. 80401, hereinafter called the "Contractor", for and on account of the contract for Wastewater Treatment Plant Aeration Improvements 1. Any and all persons, co-partnerships, associations or corporations who have any unpaid claim against the said project, for or on account of the furnishing of labor, materials, team hire, sustenance, provisions, provender or other supplies used or consumed by said Contractor or any of his subcontractors in or about the performance of such work, may at any time up to and including said time of such final settlement, file a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account of such claim. 2. Any and all such claims shall be filed with the City of Lafayette, Director of Finance, 1290 South Public Road, Lafayette, Colorado, 80026. 3. Failure on the part of a creditor to file such statement prior to such final settlement will relieve the City of Lafayette, Colorado from any and all liability for such claim.
