Lebanon Daily News, BIDS WANTED Lebanon County is requesting sealed bids for Fleet Leasing Services for use by various county departments. Lebanon County is seeking bids for the leasing, and potential additional fleet services as defined in the Specifications for approximately fifty nine (59) vehicles over a five (5) year period. Lebanon County intends to award a multiple year contract lease that will allow ordering to occur throughout a one (1) year period with four (4) one (1) year optional renewal period(s). This is a non-guaranteed amount contract. Lebanon County reserves the right to order any amount of leased vehicles and additional services it deems in the best interest of the County. Be advised that lease arrangements contemplated to extend more than one year will be subject to availability of appropriations. The County plans to sign a master lease for use by all designated departments and develop an ordering process with the successful contractor; The County Purchasing Agent will work with end users to facilitate the choice of an appropriate vehicle, options and lease term necessary for each vehicle leased. Copies of the specifications and bid documents may be obtained from the Lebanon County Commissioners, Attn: Dennis Firestone, Room 207, 400 South 8th Street, Lebanon, PA 17042, (telephone 717-228-4427), dfirestone@lebcnty.org. Questions regarding this request for bids should be addressed to Dennis Firestone, Purchasing Agent at the above address. Bids are due and shall be mailed or delivered to the Lebanon County Commissioners Office, Attention: Dennis A. Firestone, Room 207, Municipal Building, 400 South 8th Street, Lebanon, PA, no later than Wednesday, September 16, 2015, 4:00 p.m. local prevailing time. Said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud on Thursday, September 17, 2015 at approximately 10:00 a.m. Bids shall be submitted in an opaque sealed envelope clearly marked "FLEET LEASING SERVICES".
