York Newspaper, NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING SPRINGETTSBURY TOWNSHIP YORK COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Supervisors of Springettsbury Township, York County intend to hold a public hearing on September 10, 2015 at 6:30 pm in the Board Room of the Springettsbury Township Municipal Complex located at 1501 Mt Zion Road, York PA 17402. This public hearing will be to review a proposal and hear testimony regarding a request for a Local Economic Revitalization Tax Assistance Zone (LERTA) at 1445 Eden Road, Tax Parcel #04-6000-K10235B.
