The following are the locations: 1. Stamford Superior Courthouse, 123 Hoyt Street, Stamford, CT 2. Norwalk Superior Courthouse, 17 Belden Avenue, Norwalk, CT 3. Fairfield Judicial District Courthouse, 1061 Main Street, Bridgeport, CT 4. Bridgeport Superior Courthouse, 172 Golden Hill Street, Bridgeport, CT Bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid walk-through, which will take place at 9:30 am on Wednesday, August 26th. The walk through will start at the Stamford Courthouse in the main lobby and continue to each building as listed above. Bid packages will only be available at the walk through.
