Hearst Media Services, REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR PROJECT MANGEMENT SERVICE Community Health Center, Inc. is planning on building a state-of-the-art primary care center, an administrative facility as well as undertaking general renovations throughout its primary care network. We are seeking a full-service Project Management Services firm to assist us in the pre-planning, planning, design, budgeting, bidding, construction, monitoring and management and post construction phases. The firm must possess the ability to undertake a careful analysis of CHC requirements and show a commitment to CHC goals. The firm must have ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
