Hearst Media Services, NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF STAMFORD BOARD OF REPRESENTATIVES Notice is hereby given that the Legislative & Rules Committee of the Board of Representatives of the City of Stamford will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 31, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. in the Democratic Caucus Room, 4th Floor, Government Center, 888 Washington Boulevard, to consider the following proposed Resolution approving The Real Estate Sales Agreement between the City of Stamford and The Innis Arden Golf Club, Inc. Anyone wishing to be heard is invited to attend and speak. Printed copies of the resolution are available for inspection in the offices of the City of Stamford Town & City Clerk, 1st Floor, Government Center, the offices of the Board of Representatives, 4th Floor, Government Center, 888 Washington Boulevard, Stamford, Connecticut or at www.boardofreps.org. PROPOSED RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REAL ESTATE SALES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF STAMFORD AND THE INNIS ARDEN GOLF CLUB, INC. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE 29TH BOARD OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE CITY OF STAMFORD THAT: Pursuant to Section C1-50-3 of the Stamford Charter and Section 9-6 of the Stamford Code of Ordinances, the Real Estate Sales agreement ("Agreement") between the City of Stamford ("Seller") and The Innis Arden Golf Club, Inc. ("Buyer") for the sale of premises located at 0 Fairfield Avenue, Stamford, CT, for One Hundred and Ten Thousand ($110,000) dollars, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement, which is incorporated herein by reference, is hereby approved; and The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute any and all documents he deems necessary or desirable in connection with the purchase and sale generally described herein.
