Times Union, NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Historic Resources Commission of the City of Albany will hold a public hearing in the Common Council Chambers, second floor, City Hall, Albany, New York, on Wednesday, July 1, 2015, at 5:30 p.m., on the proposed expansion of the Washington Park Historic District pursuant to Section 42-87 of the Historic Resources Commission Ordinance. It is proposed that 26 properties be added along the edges of the existing historic district, including the following addresses: Henry Johnson Boulevard: 5, 7, 9, 11, 15, 17 Sprague Place: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 Spring Street: 74, 76, 77, 78, 79, 80, 82, 81, 83, 87, 89, 90, 92, 95, 99 All persons wishing to be heard in favor of or in opposition to the proposed district expansion will have an opportunity at the above stated date, time, and place.
