El Paso Times, REQUEST FOR PROPOSALSFOR MULTI-FUNCTION OFFICE MACHINE The Mescalero Apache Housing Authority (MAHA), a Tribally Designated Housing Entity, is soliciting proposals for the purchase/lease/lease purchase of a commercial grade multi-function office machine, with copy, scan, and network printing capabilities (Office Machine). A full scope of work and more detailed request for proposals are available by request. The proposal is subject to 7(b) of the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act (25 U.S.C. 450e(b)) and section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968. In addition to the §§ 7(b) and 3 compliance requirements, the successful proposer must comply and ensure subcontractor compliance with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) 24 C.F.R. part 85 Certifications; HUD procurement regulations; MAHA Procurement, Inventory, Disposition, and Housing Standards Policy; and all other applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Proposers shall submit an original and three (3) copies of the proposal in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Multi-Function Office Machine Proposal." All proposals shall be submitted to the Mescalero Apache Housing Authority, Attn: Alvin Benally, Executive Director, P.O. Box 227, Mescalero, New Mexico, 88340, and received no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, September 28, 2015. Proposals not received by that time and date shall be rejected. MAHA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any and all deficiencies.
