(6) All contracts, binders or other agreements between Borrower and a buyer of the Premises for the purchase and sale of the Premises or an individual Lot(s) within the Premises, and further including any other such contract binders, reservations or other agreements which may now exist or hereafter come into existence with respect to any portion of the Premises and including all deposits, letters of credit and other monies paid or payable under any of the above. (7) All rights of Owner now or hereafter existing under other contracts now or hereafter entered into in connection with the acquisition, development, construction upon, operation or sale of part or all of the Project, including, without limitation, contracts or agreements for provision of utilities or other services or goods. (8) All personal property now at or in the future at the Property, for use in the construction of the Project. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must tile a claim within 60 days after the sale.
