Montgomery Newspapers, NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING In accordance with the Sunshine Law, Act 84 of 1986, as amended, Notice is hereby given by the Board of Commissioners of Springfield Township, Montgomery County, PA, that the Board will hold a public meeting on September 9, 2015 at 8:00 PM in the Springfield Township Building, 1510 Paper Mill Road, Wyndmoor. The meeting will be held concurrently with the regular business meeting of the Board on the same date and time. The purpose of the public meeting is to receive public comment on the potential sale or concession lease of the Springfield Township sanitary sewer system. A presentation will be made outlining the efforts made to date to understand the pros and cons of such a transaction and what may be anticipated through the sale of the system. DONALD E. BERGER, JR.
