This is an action for foreclosure of a mortgage made by Shawn M. Graybill and Caitlyn Graybill, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. (“MERS”), acting as sole nominee for RBS Citizens, N.A. in the original amount of $77,972.00 with interest, dated March 14, 2011, recorded March 15, 2011, in the Ulster County Clerk’s Office as Instrument No. 2011-3754. The relief sought is the foreclosure of the mortgage lien and the public sale of the mortgaged premises and in case of your failure to appear, judgment may be taken against you extinguishing any interest or judgment lien you may have in the mortgaged premises.
