Delco Times, NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of the Delaware County Authority (the “Authority”) will hold a special meeting on Thursday, August 27, 2015, at 8:30 a.m. prevailing time, at the Authority’s offices located at 1671 N. Providence Road, Media, Pennsylvania, in order to discuss the proposed issuance of Delaware County Authority (Commonwealth of Pennsylvania) Villanova University Revenue Bonds, Series 2015 (the “Bonds”) in the approximate amount of $165,000,000 for the benefit of Villanova University in the State of Pennsylvania (“Villanova University”) a Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation, and to act upon matters which may be brought before the Board of the Authority at such meeting.
