New Haven Register, Legal Notice: The Special Services Department of the Clinton Public School in accordance with the Connecticut General Statutes has approval from the State of Connecticut to destroy Confidential Records of Special Education students who have graduated from The Morgan School as of 2009. Confidential records must be maintained for a period of six (6) years from the date of graduation. Any parent/guardian of/or student who has graduated as of 2009 may request their records by calling the Special Services office at 664-6505. Arrangements must be made by September 28, 2015, as the records will be destroyed on October 2, 2015.
