The Times Herald, LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 8, 2015 at 7:00 P.M. at Borough Hall, located at 112 Ford Street, West Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, the Council of the Borough of West Conshohocken will hold a public hearing on and consider approval at a public meeting immediately thereafter of a conditional use application of Apple Moore Properties, L.P. In accordance with Section 113-38(I)(1) of the Borough of West Conshohocken’s Code Book of Ordinances, Apple Moore Properties, L.P. requests conditional use approval for the construction of four townhouses in the R-2 Zoning District. A brief description and location of the real estate to be affected by this conditional use application is as follows: 549 Apple Street, West Conshohocken, Pennsylvania and being further identified by the following Montgomery County tax parcel number: 24-00-00068-00-7.
