The Mercury, LOWER POTTSGROVE TOWNSHIP NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE IMPACT FEE ADVISORY COMMITTEE (LAND USE ASSUMPTIONS REPORT) Please take notice that the Impact Fee Advisory Committee of Lower Pottsgrove Township shall hold a public hearing in accordance with the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code Act of 1968, P.L. 805, No. 247, as amended (53 P.A. 10101 est seq.). The purpose of the hearing shall be to gather public comment concerning the proposed Land Use Assumptions Report for the implementation of impact fees or transportation improvements. The hearing will be held on Thursday, the 10th day of September, 2015 at approximately 4:30 p.m. at the Lower Pottsgrove Township Municipal Building, 2199 Buchert Road, Pottstown, PA. Please take further notice that copies of the proposed Land Use Assumptions Report shall be available for public inspection and may be examined without charge or obtained for a charge no greater than the cost thereof from Michele Cappelletti, Township Secretary, at the Municipal Building.
