Middletown Press, PROPERTY AUCTION The tax collector of Westbrook, Connecticut, has levied upon 1660 BOSTON POST ROAD (G1-G3) in said town and, pursuant to Section 12-157 of the Connecticut General Statutes, will conduct an auction and sale of said property in satisfaction of delinquent taxes, interest, fees and/or other charges authorized by law. The record owner of the subject property is Aage V. Hogfeldt, Jr. aka Victor Hogfeldt Conservator of The Estate of Aage Hogfeldt, and Aage Victor Hogfeldt aka Aage V. Hogfeldt aka Aage Hogfeldt. Reference is made to the following for the property boundaries: a certain certificate of Notice Conservators Certificate recorded in Volume 297 Page 1088 and Warranty Deed recorded in Volume 41 at Page 66 of the Westbrook Land Records. Reference is also made to Assessor’s Map Block Lot 181/010 and Unique ID Number of H0161200. THE TIME AND PLACE OF THE SALE IS 10:00 A.M. ON NOVEMBER 2, 2015 AT THE WESTBROOK TOWN HALL 866 BOSTON POST ROAD, WESTBROOK, CONNECTICUT 06498. The total amount due through July 31, 2015, is $21,296.96. The foregoing amount only includes taxes, interest, fees and/or charges through the end of the month as stated.
